As we launch into a new year once again we do so with fresh hopes, dreams and goals.  This year one of our goals is to be Shaped By God's Word.  We want to invite you to join us is in this by participating in the following two areas: 1) Memorizing Scripture.  Each month this year will be a memorizing a different passage of Scripture. 2 Corinthians 5:17-18, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation . . ." is the memory verse for January 2012.  2) Read God's word.  You will find a number of different Bible reading plans available (see section below).  We invite you to delve into God's Word with us this year.
